I am using the following code,

Dim lSpatialfilter As New ESRI.ArcGIS.ADF.Web.SpatialFilter()
lSpatialfilter.ReturnADFGeometries = False
lSpatialfilter.MaxRecords = 10000
lSpatialfilter.WhereClause = lstrLayerFilter

Dim lDatatable As System.Data.DataTable = lQfunc.Query(Nothing, lids(lintlayer_index), lSpatialfilter)

Dim lintShpind As Integer = -1
lintCounter = 0

'Getting the Index of Shape Column.
For lintCounter = 0 To lDatatable.Columns.Count - 1
If lDatatable.Columns(lintCounter).DataType Is GetType(ESRI.ArcGIS.ADF.Web.Geometry.Geometry) Then
lintShpind = lintCounter
Exit For
End If
Next lintCounter

Dim iCount As Int32
Dim layerEnvelope As New ESRI.ArcGIS.ADF.Web.Geometry.Envelope(Double.MaxValue, Double.MaxValue, Double.MinValue, Double.MinValue)

For iCount = 0 To lDatatable.Rows.Count - 1
Dim lDataRow As System.Data.DataRow = lDatatable.Rows(iCount)
'Getting the geometry of that feature.
Dim lGeomADF As ESRI.ArcGIS.ADF.Web.Geometry.Geometry = CType(lDataRow(lintShpind), ESRI.ArcGIS.ADF.Web.Geometry.Geometry)

'Getting the Index of Feature Row
Dim lAdfEnv As ESRI.ArcGIS.ADF.Web.Geometry.Envelope = ESRI.ArcGIS.ADF.Web.Geometry.Envelope.GetMinimumEnclosingEnvelope(lGeomADF)
'Getting the Envelope of that Geometry by adding each geometry.
layerEnvelope.Union(lAdfEnv)

Next

Map1.Extent = layerEnvelope

This code is working fine.
